Consisting of Timemore equipment designed specifically for coffee brewing, the C3 Grinder gives a consistent grind; the Fish Smart Gooseneck Kettle allows for control over temperature and flow rate; and the Basic 2 Scale includes timer and flow rate functions to complement your coffee brewing needs. The B75 Basket Dripper also has a flat bottom which helps prevent pooling and over-extraction, giving a cleaner, brighter cup of coffee.

Included on top of the Timemore products are our own Ultra Fine RDT Spray Bottle, Dosing Tray and Coffee Carafe. The Ross Droplet Technique (RDT) has been a game changer for us in terms of coffee retention in our grinder. We implement this by weighing and misting our beans in the Dosing Tray, giving it a little shake, then pouring the beans into the grinder. You don't need too much water for it to work, so 1-2 sprays is more than sufficient! In fact, excessive water could damage the grinder/burrs so do err on the side of caution.
