Refund policy

All orders and sales are final and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to amend it promptly.

Damages and Issues
Should there be problems with the product itself (e.g. damage / manufacturing defect), please follow the below guidelines:

  • Drop us an email at semiblacksg@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • Include your order number or a copy of your order invoice.
  • Include video evidence showing the item was damaged prior to use.

We do not accept returns on items with cosmetic damage (such as dents in the carton boxes) unless the product is specifically requested as a gift and we have agreed to send the item in good cosmetic condition. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchange Process & Timeline
We aim to get back to all queries within 2 working days and will advise the next steps on a case by case basis.
