In terms of flavor profile, we describe it as approachable and friendly. This is the type of grinder that works well for most types of coffee, not overly acidic and bright, not overly dark and bittersweet. You would easily be able to appreciate the terroir and roast development of each bean you purchase, while still having a pleasant drinking experience. You won't be able to analyse every note in your coffee since flavour seperation is not particularly high, but it will be enough to make each new brew taste unique.
