Unlike traditional constant-pressure tampers, the IKAPE V6 is a palm-operated impact tamper which does not rely on the strength of its user to generate the ideal tamping pressure - reducing strain on the wrists and arms over extended use. The V6 delivers a perfect, consistent tamp with minimal effort thanks to its bias-spring mechanism that builds tension and releases impact in a single motion.

Equipped with 15lb and 30lb trigger springs, the V6 doesn’t rely on brute force; instead, it amplifies your input to generate the ideal tamping pressure with minimal effort.

Crafted from food-grade 304 stainless steel and aluminum, this tamper is built to last. Its base leaves a distinct ripple imprint on the coffee puck, improving water flow for greater extraction uniformity and flavor clarity.
