A polished hammered tsuchime finish gives each knife a distinct elegance, while the rounded spine and heel provide exceptional comfort in hand.

Each knife is hand-sharpened by Tadataka Maruyama, a master craftsman trained under Sakai’s finest sharpeners. His attention to geometry and edge refinement transforms every blade into a precision tool - razor-thin, incredibly sharp, and beautifully balanced.
