Fish Pin Bone Tweezer (Kansai / Kanto Style)

These Japan-made fish bone tweezers are sturdy and capable of removing even the thinnest pin bones from fish.

The Kansai Style fish bone tweezer (often called Nishigata Honenuki) features a distinct bend with a broad, square-tip. It provides a larger surface area to catch bones and is said to have a more comfortable grip especially for larger hands, and great for deep, stubborn bones.

The Kanto Style tweezers are often used on softer, more delicate fish and thinner bones. It has a slimmer profile overall, which may be more comfortable for users with smaller hands.
