Felt-Lined Knife Guard with Elastic Band

This product is an original Semiblack invention! We are not really sure if this is a world-first, but I have not seen anyone else offer the felt lined knife guard with an elastic to secure the blade.

We designed this product because we saw so many of our customers use loose fitting felt-lined knife guards. Having used them ourselves, we find that the blade can unexpectedly come right out of the knife guard, which was really concerning for us. Despite this, the felted design is still extremely popular as it provides a gentle surface for the blades to rest in, minimising scratches to the blade surface.

By including an elastic band that can easily slide up or down the knife guard, we effectively solve the problem of the loose fit, while easily allowing the knife to be inserted and removed from the guard.
