In the Senko Ei collection, \"Senko\" translates to \"fireworks\" or \"flash\", describing how the diamond-like hammering on the blade shimmers in the light. These knives also have a curved spine that is iconic to Yu Kurosaki's work.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eMade with SG2 powdered steel, these knives have incredible edge retention and will stay sharp for a long time. SG2 is a premium stainless steel made from a process called Powder Metallurgy, where the steel is formed by heating compacted metal powder.
