With very few alloying elements, it offers the pure, responsive cutting feel that carbon steel enthusiasts seek.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nThe rustic kurouchi finish preserves the character of the forging process, with subtle variations in the surface making each blade unique. Because these knives are individually hand forged, no two pieces will be exactly alike.
