crushgrind-amsterdam-grinder-set-11cm-oak
Crushgrind Amsterdam Grinder Set 11cm (Oak)
Crushgrind began when Danish entrepreneur Ken Muff Lassen wanted to make a better spice grinder. Working with a Japanese manufacturer, he developed a durable ceramic grinding mechanism capable of handling everything from salt and pepper to a wide variety of spices. At some point during development its durability was extensively tested in a trial designed to simulate 200 years of use, during which a single grinder processed more than 50kg of salt and 50kg of pepper. This commitment to rigorous testing underpins Crushgrind’s confidence in its ceramic mechanism, which comes with a 25-year guarantee.

The Crushgrind Amsterdam Set comes in matching sets of Oak wood with "S" and "P" thoughtfully engraved on its lid. For those who appreciate well designed everyday objects - its clean, minimalist silhouette makes it an elegant addition to any home. Its smaller size at 11cm gives this grinder a modest presence, allowing it to fit seamlessly on most dinner tables.

The Amsterdam series is part of Crushgrind's mid-range model and comes with their medium-sized adjustable ceramic burr. In our testing, the grinder was neither too light or heavy and ground both salt and pepper confidently.

Material (Body): Oak Wood
Material (Grinder Mechanism): Ceramic Burr, Plastic
Weight (Single Grinder): 115g
Height: 108mm
Diameter (Widest Point): 54mm
Capacity: ~11g of black peppercorns (varies depending on the density of your pepper)
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0478/6313/6414/files/Crushgrind-Amsterdam-Grinder-Set-11cm-Oak-Cover_df9d7149-88ec-4dfa-a77b-06fd52e91e1b.jpg?v=1792142038
